CANCELLATION & RETURNS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used items.

If you have placed an order or preorder through our website, you may request a partial refund up until your item has been confirmed for shipping.

After you have confirmed shipping, your funds have already been used towards the production of your items, and a refund may not be possible.

If you place an order or preorder through a third-party crowdfunding platform such as Indiegogo, please request a refund from said platform. If a refund is not possible through the third-party platform, your funds have already been used towards the production of the items.

Where a refund is possible, Compo Closet reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred, including third-party payment fees.

Items should be returned in the original packaging with a copy of your order or receipt. We recommend you obtain proof of postage in case of query – we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned items.

The item must be packaged securely and returned to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date of the original order.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item that is returned in a less-than-saleable condition or that has been used.

Providing the goods are returned in a fully saleable condition, a partial refund for the cost of the item(s) will be made. This does not include delivery costs.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item or if an incorrect item was supplied, please contact us via email at erica@compocloset.com to advise us of the problem and to receive authorization and instructions.

In the case of damaged items, photographic evidence will be required before the claim procedure can begin. If it is manufacturing default, we will send a replacement part(s) (including shipping costs).
