Job – Customer Service and Social Media Star
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Compo Team as a part-time remote customer service and social media star.
Flexible working hours mean this role is ideally suited to a nomadic van lifestyle.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people and the vanlife/tiny home lifestyle, have excellent customer service skills, be experienced in social media management, and be handy with a screwdriver.
Skills
- Strong writing skills and ability to convey messages in line with our values
- Ability to organize your work, multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Handy with a screwdriver
- Good IT skills – internet, email, skype, dropbox, excel, and ability to pick up new programs quickly
- Knowledge of ActiveCampaign as plus
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting problems with customers to provide solutions or recommendations for Cuddy and our other products
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitoring social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with followers
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Other Duties may include:
- Assist with website updates and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team on various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Attend trade shows, events, and other marketing activities to represent the brand.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Job Requirements
- Recide in the USA
- Access to a laptop and a phone
- A stable internet connection
Job Hours
+- 20/wk
The hours are flexible, but the person should be available at least every other day during business hours.
The job is remote, so it can be done from anywhere (including a van), provided you have a good internet connection and access to a phone and laptop.
