30 Day Free Returns - unused and in original box
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used items.
Where a refund is possible, Compo Closet reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred, including third-party payment fees.
Items should be returned in the original packaging with a copy of your order or receipt. We recommend you obtain proof of postage in case of query - we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item that is returned in a less-than-saleable condition or that has been used.
Providing the goods are returned in a fully saleable condition, a partial refund for the cost of the item(s) will be made. This does not include delivery costs.

In the case of damaged or broken items, please fill out the form below and prepare any images or video of the issue to help us get you going asap. If it is manufacturing default, we will send a replacement part(s). Your Cuddy is covered under a 2 year limited warranty.
