S1 Dry Flush
Sealing Toilet – 12V
$1,500.00USD · taxes calculated at checkout
This version of the S1 Dry Flush Sealing Toilet has no internal battery and runs straight off your rig’s power. There’s nothing to charge and nothing to remember.
Inside, it’s the same S1. Solids and liquids stay separate, and one push of a button heat-seals your solids in a bag. No composting, no layering, no blue juice.
- Automated heat-seal Push a button and solids are hermetically sealed in a bag. No manual wrapping. No exposure.
- Urine-diverting = No paying to pee! The S1 is the only dry flush toilet to separate 1s and 2s so you only seal what needs to be sealed. Less plastic waste. Less bags saves you money = no paying to pee
- Waterless and chemical-free No blue juice, no enzymes, no plumbing. Separate, seal, and go.
- Runs off your 12V system No internal battery. Wire it into your house (leisure) battery with a 10A fuse and you’re ready to go.
- Same footprint as Cuddy and Cuddy Lite All three share the same external dimensions, so it drops into a space planned for any of them.

Manuals & guides

Super simple
Four steps.
No composting.
No layering.

Urine flows to the front into the urine bottle. Solids drop into a liner in the solids bin.

Push the button and the sealer does the rest, in about 3–5 minutes. Each #2 is sealed in its own bag.

The indicator tells you when the 1.7-gallon bottle is full. The bottle is opaque — discreet to carry and empty.

One liner roll is about 20–25 flushes. Empty the solids bin every 1-2 flushes, and drop in a fresh roll when it runs out.
Out of liners? Remove the sealer, line the solids bin with a bag and use it like a Cuddy Lite.

Which S1 is
right for you?
Go with the S1 12V if the toilet has a permanent home in your build and you have a 12V house system to wire it into. There’s no battery, so there’s nothing to charge.
The S1 with its own battery is for moving it around, or for builds without a 12V system.

Common
questions
How is the S1 different from other dry-flush toilets?
Traditional dry-flush toilets bag every single use — liquid and solid together. You burn through expensive proprietary refills fast, and you’re effectively paying to seal urine in plastic.
The S1 diverts liquid into a separate 1.7-gallon bottle and only seals solids. That’s up to 80% less bag use, dramatically lower running costs, and far less plastic waste. It’s the first dry-flush toilet with urine diversion built in.
How often does the liner need changing?
Each liner roll gives about 20–25 flushes. For 2 people with regular use, that’s roughly every 1–2 weeks. Swap takes under a minute — no tools, no mess. Refills are available on CompoCloset.com and Amazon Prime.
How often does the urine bottle need emptying?
The urine bottle holds 1.7 gallons. For two people you will empty it every 1–2 days. The urine indicator light tells you when.
Already have a Cuddy or Cuddy Lite?
Good news — you don’t need to buy the full S1. The S1 Dry Flush Adapter Kit converts your existing Cuddy or Cuddy Lite into a sealing toilet. Plug-and-play, no permanent modifications required.
What happens if I run out of bag liner refills on the road?
The S1 has a built-in backup mode — it converts to a standard urine-diverting toilet if you run out of bag liners. You’re never left without a working toilet.

Already own a Cuddy
or Cuddy Lite?
The S1 Dry Flush Adapter Kit retrofits the sealing mechanism to the toilet you already have. Same footprint, same seat — new trick.
